This is the original Disney Dress Shop Jolly Holiday Mary Poppins Dress while it was under the DisneyParks label. This dress is 97% cotton , 3% spandex, giving it a little weight, great quality fabric. This adult women's dress was altered to a 22 inch waist, so it could be worn by a little girl. It has a small spot on the back near the hem. Please see last picture. Still, it's a beautiful dress that would look great in a day at the park walking down main street!
