This cool old jar has the embossed Grant script on the lid.
This would’ve been used to power electric lights in the days before power lines reached into the rural areas.
There are some bubbles and wave in the glass, assimg to the antique flavor.
The rubber Grant cap is still in place, though it has weathering.
The lid has chips noted, as does the lip of the jar.
There are still remains of the old black gasket material around the lip.
This measures about 7.5 x 6.75 x 11”.
